How organization signup works

Create your account and organization.

Choose your seat count (5 to 500 active members) and review pricing. Enable Pay during onboarding or later in Settings.

Complete payment through our secure checkout. Your workspace is activated immediately.

Follow the welcome wizard to set up locations, invite your team, and publish your first schedule. Then configure Pay when ready.
FAQ
Billing questions
- What counts as a seat?
- A seat is an active member in your organization who can sign in to Worknilo. Pulse is billed per seat. When Pay is enabled, each employee included in a locked payroll run is billed at the per-run rate.
- Can I add seats or Pay later?
- Yes. Adjust seats with support@worknilo.com, and enable or remove Worknilo Pay anytime in Settings → Modules. Pay charges appear on your monthly invoice when you lock runs.
- Do employees pay?
- No. Employer subscriptions cover staff access to the mobile app.
- Need more than 500 seats or custom terms?
- Email support@worknilo.com and we'll help with volume pricing or annual billing.
- Does Pay work without Pulse?
- No. Worknilo Pay requires Pulse so payroll uses the same people, schedules, and time data.
- Need a free trial?
- Contact us at support@worknilo.com and tell us about your team. We'll work with you to set up a trial before you commit.
